In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in North Miami Beach; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Florida are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Went to the "grand opening" after seeing a spot for the place on TV And while we waited almost an hour for the actual food to come out it was delicious and well worth it. Next time I will take pictures of the actual food because we were so hungry I didn't do it this time.

Called and made a reservation for 8 without any issues. Service was great. The broths were very rich and delicious. All the ingredients from the Mears, veggies, noodles, dumplings were all extremely fresh. The experience was an absolute blast! Will be back!

I haven't been this excited about a restaurant in a LONG time!! Hotpot officially now exists in Miami!!! The soups are delicious and flavorful without being too salty and the service was wonderful! For comparison with Lemongrass Hotpot, I felt that the food was more because they bring it to you on plates to the table. None of the meat has been sitting out for hours and no one else has touched your food. And yes, it's still a buffet so eat to your heart's content!! They also have some super authentic options on the menu that are rare to find in South FL. 10/10 would recommend and don't forget your student ID! Students get 10% off plus free boba😍

There are 8 broth selections (you can choose two) and the cheff makes them fresh everyday from natural ingredients. The variety of food to choose from is also wide and fresh. The place is very big but is divided in a way that you never feel crowded. Finally, it has a great beer selection and even private rooms for your events. Definitely you should check it out.
